please note that all rates include daily basic housekeeping (except Sundays), weekly full housekeeping, utilities and wireless internet, but excludes 10% local VAT which is discounted when a cash payment is made.

even though we are a self-catering apartment, we gladly offer complimentary coffee and tea to brew, all self serviced, at our fully-equipped rooftop community kitchen. also, there are so many great dining options in the neighborhood which we gladly guide our guests to.
