Please read the following terms and conditions closely before making a reservation. By making a reservation you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to comply with the terms and conditions stated herein. If you do not agree with and/or accept any part of these terms and conditions, please do not book. By booking a reservation, you are bound to the terms and policies herein.
All reservations and/or purchases you make through us are subject to the terms, conditions and notices, as they exist at the time the reservation is made.
The terms "we", "us", "our", “ i’ zaz” and the "company" refer collectively to ZoZ LLC doing business as (dba) i’ zaz and "you", "your", “ guest” refer collectively to the customer purchasing goods/services through us directly, through the www.izaz.com website, or indirectly through any of our affiliates whom offer our services and/or goods.
The term "loft" refers to the flat, room, studio, or apartment in which the customer will occupy during the agreed period.
For all purposes i’ zaz is defined as a vacation rental provider and i’ zaz is a trademark of ZoZ LLC.

We do not accept reservations over the phone. The reservations made online, via mail or fax, are valid only after our office confirms in writing or by e-mail that the reservation is accepted.
Guests are required to provide a valid credit card number to guarantee the reservation. (All Visa and Mastercard cards are welcome)
We also accept American Express, for the payments only made on site.
Guests who prefer to pay in cash (EUR, USD, GBP, or YTL is accepted) must still provide a valid credit card number to secure their booking and also as a security deposit in the event of additional guest services, incidentals, phone charges, or any damaged and/or missing items.
The rate includes linens, standard kitchen utensils, electricity, gas, water, air conditioning; satellite TV, wireless Internet access and housekeeping.
Telephone calls will be charged at cost to the guest's credit card.
The rates given on the website and online advertisements are for either 2 or 3 people depending on the loft. Extra guests are not permitted. We cannot accept more people than the maximum occupancy with the exception of children under two years old who will sleep in a crib or with an adult.
Guests must inform us in advance of their arrival details. Guests are encouraged to order the airport transfer service as it makes your arrival to the loft much smoother unless you know Istanbul well or have stayed with us previously and know how to get to the property. Transfers are also available from the train station, central bus station or ferry terminal.
An English-speaking guest representative will be waiting for you at the property. Check-in is at 02.00 pm (14:00) and checkout is at 12.00 pm; although we do our utmost to accommodate the individual needs of our guests.
We cannot guarantee early morning access to the property unless you have booked for the previous night. Guests arriving late at night are encouraged to use our airport transfer service, as the security guard will assist them in accessing the loft. Our representative will call or meet you the following day. The Information Book in the loft should answer most of your questions.
Guests arriving between the hours of 12 midnight and 6 in the morning must book for the night of their arrival.
Guests are advised to read this policy carefully with particular attention to the character and nature of the properties and the area.
The lofts are not recommended for individuals who have difficulty walking or climbing stairs or for those who expect hotel style services.
The property does not have elevators.
The area where the property is located is in an urban area that is well-known for its 24 hours a day, 7 days a week open restaurants and clubs; please do not reserve a loft if you have sleeping difficulties.
We believe that businesses have a responsibility of supporting women in business life. Women form most of our staff; for this reason, we may not be able to assist you with your luggage upon check-in and checkout.
Children are welcome.
Pets are welcome.
Smoking is not permitted in the lofts but permitted at the terrace and failure to respect our no smoking policy will result in a penalty.
We recognize that pets are like family and are very welcome.
We have a limited number of lofts that are suitable for guests traveling with pets. Pets must be declared on the reservation form. Pets must be kept on a leash when in the building or on building grounds.
The loft rate includes basic daily housekeeping (except Sundays) and weekly full housekeeping. Additional towels are always available on request.
Dry cleaning and personal laundry are available upon request for an additional charge.
We are not responsible for damaged, destroyed or lost luggage, as well as for the theft of luggage or valuables in the areas accessible to general public. Lost luggage or stolen goods should be reported without delay to the guest representative and to the local police department.
Tips and gratuities to our team members are at our guests’ discretion. We do not apply any compulsory service charges.
Guests may of course cancel their reservation but the cancellation of any booking will be in accordance with our cancellation policy and may incur a cancellation fee.
All cancellations must be received in writing by mail, fax, or email to avoid extra cancellation charges. Cancellations are valid only after our office confirms in writing or by e-mail that the cancellation has been received.
There is no penalty for changing the dates of your booking as long the change is made two weeks prior to your arrival date based on availability.
Cancellations for any reason two weeks or more before the scheduled arrival date receive a full refund of their deposit.
Cancellations less than two weeks before the scheduled arrival date will be charged the entire fee for the booked period.
Guests that booked a reservation for a period of one month or more and would like to cancel the reservation less than two weeks before the scheduled arrival date will only be charged a fee equal to the first month of the reserved period.
Guests who depart before the scheduled departure date and no-shows are charged the tariff for the entire booked period.
Failure to cancel reservations will result in the forfeit of all monies paid.
If you contact us by email, fax, standard mail or through this website you agree to allow us to contact you in the future and this may include promotional material regarding upcoming events, special offers or general information.
We will never use your name and information for any other purpose nor provide it to any other party without your prior permission.
We are not liable for circumstances caused by conditions beyond our control, including wars, acts of terrorism, riots, strikes, natural disasters, sanitary disruptions, restrictions by local authorities etc.
In the event of water shortage and/or power blackout caused by the local authorities that affects the neighborhood, we cannot be liable or responsible.
If you or any of your party takes a part in any illegal activity (i.e. drugs, prostitution, theft etc.) within the premises, we reserve the right without prior notice to terminate the remainder of your stay without expectation of refund for any and all monies paid.
Guests are expected to keep the property in good order and leave the loft in the same condition as when they arrived. Any missing items and/or damage will be charged to the guest.
Any controversy, dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with shall come under the jurisdiction of most competent courts.
You agree to accept and be bound by such terms, conditions, and notices that are in effect at the time the reservation is made.
We reserve the right to change these terms, conditions, policies and notices at any time.
